Immersive Studio Theme Park for MENA Region

Adventure Entertainment Cos. has been supporting StoneCreek Partners in its feasibility and project concepting.   This project is an immersive studio theme park slated for the MENA region (confidential sovereign client).

 

The project concept is our first effort at “Place as a Living Character” experiential design, which we believe is the next area of concepting coming to immersive attractions.  The fully integrated show control the 100+acre immersive park includes Generative A/I (augmented reality) and REALISM+ shape-shifting guest environments.

 

Experiences in exploration for this immersive  Studio Theme Park include walkthroughs, ride-throughs, live performances, living story immersions, and digital effects.   All experiences include A/I directed guest recognition and response, and Unreal Engine rendered moment-to-moment scenic backdrops.

 

Lost City Experiential Park – Feasibility and Rapid-Concepting

The backstory involves a regional explorer from yesterday that splintered with the exploration party and established their established their own settlement.  This “lost city” was actually not lost to those who settled and their descendants have re-opened parts of their community to outsiders.  Lost City has its customs, social preferences, and methods of communication, and some parts of the civilization are advanced although in unexpected ways.

 

The project site location was the Florida Panhandle when originally explored.  The regional location is now in revised site selection based upon investor preferences and local economic incentives.

 

Themed Entertainment Consultants

Castle Rock Theme Park

24.08.2000 Site Planner, Themed Entertainment Consultants

Park Funding Corp. LLC  |  Themed entertainment consultants for proposed regional theme park to be located at Castle Rock, Colorado.   The project site was situated at the midpoint between the metropolitan areas of Denver and Colorado Springs. The venue was specifically evaluated for its competitiveness with such facilities as Elitch Gardens in Denver.

 

Work included a market study, capital budgeting, and financial projections for the facility.  After extensive analysis it was determined that there was not likely to be sufficient demand to warrant the level of investment under consideration for the project. Recommendations were made for a scaled-down approach, more akin to an amusement park than a fully-realized theme park venue.
