aec  Adventure Entertainment Cos. represented China Mainstream Media National Film Capital, led by Yang bu-ting, as well as Park City Film Studios, as transaction advisors and negotiators in reaching a strategic cooperation agreement by and between the Chinese film investment organization and the Utah-based film studio.

The deal was negotiated in AEC’s capacity as the film studios development consultants.
