Urban Land of Nevada  |  Owner representative consultant, facilities manager, and event producer for Sport Center Las Vegas, including daily operation of family entertainment center activities associated with the facility.

 

Events included all manner of spectator sports, concerts, major private team-building events, and corporate incentive meetings. Restaurant offerings and catering coordinated with on-site food provider, Delaware North.

 

 

Sports Arena Exploration

29.08.2018 Design Charrette Facilitation, Rapid Prototyping

Charrette, rapid-prototyping of massing and right-scaling, along with market and financial feasibility analysis for an NBA arena as part of a mixed-use gaming resort in Las Vegas, Nevada.   The work has included a role as themed entertainment consultant to this venue and the overall project, to seek overall consumer appeal for the planned destination place.

aec   Confidential Client  |  As casino gaming consultants for the conceptual master planning of 70-acre destination resort just off the Las Vegas Strip, featuring casino gaming, theme hotels, retail-entertainment shops, and sports facilities.

 

Illustration work shown here is a product of aec‘s Rapid Prototyping Unit, combining feasibility results with preliminary project scaling, layout, and overall guest experiential design – created to assist Ownership group in confirming design intent and project budgets.

Fashion Show Las Vegas – House Show Executive Producer

15.05.2018 Event Producer, Location-Based Entertainment Consultants, Placemaking Consultants and Designers, Retail-Entertainment Consultants

The Rouse Company  |  Technical advisory during design stage for the Fashion Show Mall house staging system, the largest such EASIL system installed in a U.S. shopping mall. Work included in production of “event shells” to test system capabilities and to provide inventory of event concepts for retails and consumer product companies as the system came on line.

 

Work culminated in executive producer for first fashion and consumer product shows using the house runway system, and production of the annual Christmas show at the facility for the first two years.
