StoneCreek Partners was retained to participate in ideation and product concepting for this innovative retail-entertainment attraction to be situated in North Miami, Florida. The facility was to include an indoor facility for downhill skiing, an extreme sports zone, and an array of retail and entertainment shops and activities.

Racquet Club of Palm Springs  |  Management review of the historic Racquet Club of Palm Springs (California) tennis and other club operations, staffing practices, and operating results, with recommendations for operating tactics to improve bottom-line profitability. The facility has since ceased operations due to fire.  This project holds special interest for SCP, as it was the among the first real estate consulting projects of SCP’s founder Donald Bredberg.

 

Sports Fields Multiplex

aec R&D  |   From our own R&D efforts we have created a sports field multiplex facility prototype that has now been placed in the project design of client projects.   Sports field multiplexes have been proven successful in many locations; our prototype has some enhancements of an experiential design nature to propel the guest experience for both participants and spectators.
