Extreme Sports

We are involved with “adventure park” projects, including site selection, conceptual design, and operator selection.   Some of these upcoming projects include some of the more extreme sports and recreation activities that are possible with this format.

Some examples of our adventure park and extreme sports venue experience are provided below:

Our AEC affiliate recently formed a joint venture with Pangaeon Parks, with the working name “AEC Pangaeon.”  The new venture is focused on creating direct-to-consumer outdoor recreation experiences in compelling global destinations.  Pangaeon Parks originated in 1995 as a design-builder of adventure recreation venues, each of which offers a slate of activities drawn from the company’s extensive active recreation menu.

Pangaeon Parks and its parent company Pangaeon are dedicated to facilities design that optimizes sustainability principles including integrated utilities and infrastructure, ‘green’ buildings, low carbon footprint, quality employment for local communities, and healthy environments (physical exercise and nutrition).
