aec Ghana Trade Fair Company Limited | Preliminary master plan for creative campus to be located at Trade Fair Ghana, in Accra. Work included strategic planning considerations for this facility with respect to regional competition for such facilities.
Master plan for potential highest-and-best-use of Lorimar Studios in Culver City (California), prior to ownership by SONY Studios.
Analysis of re-purposing and redevelopment potential for the Lorimar Studios campus, explored with a focus on “highest and best use.” The full array of existing of future facilities were part of the analysis, including soundstages, production office space, post production facilities, and the like.
Acting as consultants for the film studios’ re-use and further development, redevelopment options were evaluated and compared to a baseline redevelopment scheme, along with build-out and phasing scenarios. Report included conceptual site plans of various redevelopment schemes for the film studios, financial projections, market analysis, and an implementation risk analysis of the alternatives.
