Outdoor Adventures Park

Confidential Assignment  |  As outdoor recreation consultants we provided business feasibility and select site due diligence reviews, for potential outdoor recreation “adventure park” in the Western U.S.    Limited indoor spaces included possibilities of repurposing on-site buildings.   Some of the first phase recreation activities may include horseback riding and stables, ATV trails, disc golf, miniature golf, and picnic areas with scenic views.

The phased development plan included consideration of more simple recreation activities easily provided, to be followed by more complex and capital-intensive attractions after the location is established.   Some of the later phase recreation activities may include zip lines, a cliff-side downhill coaster, ice skating, a pump (BMX) track, and an elaborate outdoor maze.
