FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

October 14, 2025

AEC Forms a New Venture to Explore the Application of Invengo Discovery Products at destination sports and entertainment facilities throughout the U.S.

Invengo Discovery Products are direct-to-consumer commemorative products that include Interactive, RFID-enabled Discovery Passports and Collector Medallions.

LAS VEGAS, Nevada – Invengo Information Technology Co., Ltd. (“Invengo”) and The Adventure Entertainment Cos. LLC (“AEC”) announced today that AEC is in Venture for Invengo Discovery Products in the U.S., a standing venture to explore the potential for Invengo Discovery Products at destination sports and entertainment facilities throughout the U.S.

“This is an opportune time to work with AEC in exploring our U.S. market expansion,” said David Cheng, VP of Sales, Invengo Technology (HK) Ltd, “we envision our Invengo Discovery Products as a means to augment and commemorate guest experiences and to encourage repeat visitation at U.S. theme parks, regional shopping centers, zoos and children museums, as well as in association with professional and collegiate leagues and events.”

Invengo products are already well established keepsakes at major destination entertainment and cultural facilities throughout China.   Radio-frequency identification (RFID) technology is embedded in the passport that allows verification and augmentation of a guest’s collection of commemorative “stamped” moments.    Once guests have collected each of the stamps, they can receive a special stamp commemorating the completion of this experience.

We are excited about our collaboration with Invengo representing their portfolio of commemorative Discovery Products,” said Donald Bredberg, Managing Director of AEC, “we see extensive opportunities to introduce Invengo Discovery Products in a way that can someday match Invengo’s market presence in China.”

According to AEC’s industry sector research, the commemorative and collectible merchandise industry in the U.S. totals more than $100 billion in sales each year.

The Artificial Ski and Snow Era Begins, as New Venues Open in the U.S.

Elsewhere in the world, the artificial ski and snow era began in the 1990's.

The artificial ski and snow era begins in the U.S., as man-made facilities begin to open.   These facilities featuring artificial snow and ice have become common throughout Europe, China, and other regions of the world.

The opening of Big Snow at American Dream Mall in East Rutherford (New Jersey) may be venue that marks the beginning of this new era in the U.S.   American Dream Mall is a development of Triple Five Worldwide, the developer of mega-malls such as West Edmonton and Mall of America.   Triple Five also has a next mega-mall in planning, the American Dream Mall in Miami, Florida.  Although such places as Liberty Mountain Snowflex Centre (opened 2009) at Liberty University, Pigeon Forge Snow (opened 2018), SnoBahn Colorado (2018), and Buck Hill in Burnsville, Minnesota (2016), each opened well before Big Snow, the U.S. retail and outdoor recreation industry may have needed to see Triple Five’s more large-scale examples in operation.

Outside the U.S., artificial ski and snow facilities are common throughout Europe, the UAE, Egypt, Turkey, Russia, India, Japan, and in particular, China.  Between 2010 and 2019, at least 42 of these man-made projects have been completed.   The European “artificial” era got its start in the 1990’s with such facilities as Vuokatti Ski Tunnel (Finland), Montana Snowcenter Westerhoven (The Netherlands), and Noeux Les Mines (Pas de Calais, France).

For real estate, retail mall, and municipalities, these artificial ski and snow venues can take many forms, and can act as an effective anchor “gathering place.”   Indoor and outdoor “all weather” operation are a possibility.   Recreation sports such as downhill and cross-country skiing are a popular format, but non-sport artificial environments can include all forms of immersive attractions and themed entertainment.

Most U.S. Halloween Attractions Will Operate, Among Top 100

AEC’s Consumer Products Monitor

Most U.S. Halloween attractions will operate this season, according to a survey of the top 100 highly-ranked Halloween attractions in the U.S.  In fact, many have already commenced operations for the season, albeit with careful safety and distancing protocols given the COVID-19 pandemic.

The survey of attractions noted when each of these top annual offerings were established, which for many may be a surprise.  Most of the popular Halloween attractions in each region were established many years ago, indicating their substantial role in what is an $8.8 billion industry (2019).  CNN reported in 2019 that 172 million celebrated the Halloween season.   Given the contribution of this popular consumer out-of-home activity, it is not surprising that most of these U.S. Halloween attractions will operate this season.

The national survey was completed by The Horror Company for AEC’s Consumer Products Monitor.  Attractions were identified based upon the research team’s personal experience at various attractions, along with ratings from popular Halloween, horror, and haunt websites which review such seasonal attractions.
